Are your beliefs & automatic judgements protecting or limiting you? πŸ‘€

The stigma of online income is huge

I had a bit of a realisation a few months into creating my online biz as an affiliate when I realised that a lot of my beliefs & automatic judgements had actually been hindering me in ways I didn't even realise - on such subtle levels that I didn't realise I even had some of them! - I was in a way trapped by the lack of awareness of them and it was limiting my view and choices… 🀯

Could your beliefs (& automatic judgements) that protected you in the past actually being keeping you trapped now? πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

They definitely have for me! I realised our beliefs limit us in the ways that we don’t even truly know about unless we notice what we are instantly dismissing or automatically judging!

I always loved the concept of a laptop lifestyle and how amazing it would be, yet my beliefs - from wherever I got them over the years that definitely includes from 'society' - have without a doubt held me back πŸ’£

The stigma of an online income is HUGE! I didn’t even realise how much yet when I look at the reasoning it doesn't even add up for me now...

It's risky they say - no, every new business takes research and planning and learning and a good dose of intuition πŸ™Œ

It's too hard they say - again, every new endeavour requires effort - just like learning any new skill (riding a bike, learning to drive, surfing = all feels hard at the start) πŸ™Œ

It's a scam they say - a course that teaches you how to set up multiple things and offers great options within the industry they are teaching you about sounds like a learning opportunity - not a scam! πŸ™Œ

I realised that all the things said about online income is either outdated or just fears… and that I still had some of the fears I'd picked up too - which was why I hesitated to even look at options for decades! 🀯

...all of the beliefs and fears above can be said about anything new - starting a new business from scratch is no easy feat and as any biz owner knows it requires a lot of determination - yet it can be worth it!

Learning a new job or starting a new career isn't a walk in the park for most of us - it requires the time and focus to learn it and to practice it before you really relax and find the routine - sometimes it requires years of study before you can even start…

Spending money on a course that teaches you skills you can apply to a wide field that's only growing isn't a scam - spending money on holidays, material possessions etc that don't have much of a chance for a return on the money invested, if any isn't considered a scam - yet a course that does have a chance for a return on the money invested is doubted!?!

Looking at the automatic judgements I've made (+ common society ones) has helped me realise how mindset and fears can limit us in so many subtle ways that we think are protecting us - the intention is pure = protection; yet for me it was actually just holding me back and keeping me stuck in a cycle and a way of living that I was desperate to escape!

My own beliefs and fears stopped me from creating a life I really wanted to live!!

The automatic judgements meant as self-protection can actually be like chains keeping us trapped - not all instances but a little time spent being aware of what you are automatically dismissing and evaluating whether it still has any merit can easily sort out what is no longer a positive… πŸ‘€

I love realising it within my own life so I can keep stepping out of more heavy chains and not have my old gunk weighing me down as I step further along new path ✨️
